Companies House have replaced annual returns with confirmation statements which will make life a lot easier for directors of RMCs and RTMs who have to inform that great body of any changes in directorships and other financial information.  Done online it is quicker and cheaper even though it may take a bit of time for older directors to get used to.

Good news for managing agents and house or estate managers.  Pumping Stations are being taken over by the utility companies.  Servicing and maintenance will transfer from this Saturday 1 October 2016 as long as your pumping station meets the following adoption criteria.

• Be in service prior to 1 July 2011
• Be connected to the main sewerage network
• Serve more than one property or sit outside the curtilage property it serves.
• If in doubt contact your local utility company to register
