Our legal services are provided in accordance with the need of our client.  For day to day services to our customers who are selling their flat and need various conveyancing procedures and advice to be supplied, we call this lease administration and our colleague  Howard Gibbons provides these services.  Howard is also available to help with advice about your lease and can advise the directors of a resident management company on issues relating to legal contracts with suppliers and other straightforward matters.

For more complex and lengthy procedures we have another specialist colleague. For some residents, the prospect of challenging the current status quo is daunting and even with strong incentives you may not know where to begin.  It doesn’t have to be this way.

According to a survey in the Competition and Markets Authority in 2014 only 54% of private leasehold tenants in the UK, know about right to manage companies.  The survey found that some leaseholders found it costly and time consuming to change.
